I think it has been implemented in our brains that it is going to take huge amounts of working out, while working on a small diet in order to get the body you desire. It really isn’t as hyped up it is to be.
Let me honest, I was a frail 20 year old kid who just ran cross country, and lifted absolutely no weights, once I was hit in the face of weight lifting, I panicked. And over time I saw no results.
But once I made a schedule of what I was going to do,and really dedicating my mornings to molding the body I want was just months away, the muscle will come eventually, and not eating like total shit every day, I started seeing results.
Although I am not even close to where I want to be, it’s still something I wake up knowing how I am going to start my day, and it really gave my life purpose again. The gym can physically and mentally appreciate yourself, the more you go.
You cannot just go through life just saying that it’s hard while not trying it at all. Even if it takes a while, the gym is a great place to just go when you’re bored and want to make yourself better. You can do this, it just takes time. So grab your pre workout and get these gains boys/girls👍🏽
