As we grow accustomed to certain holidays, bicycle day should be marked on everyone’s calendar, just to reminisce about how the hell it started.
Albert Hoffman, aka the GOAT, self experimented with his own experiment that we like to call now a days “LSD” and he did in the coolest way possible. Hoffman knew that what he and his peers were working on can possible change the perception of the person using it, so he went on a bicycle ride and practically tripped balls for 2 hours, and what he said basically sums up the life of a person who gets frequent panic Attacks.
“affected by a remarkable restlessness, combined with a slight dizziness. At home I lay down and sank into a not unpleasant intoxicated-like condition, characterized by an extremely stimulated imagination. In a dreamlike state, with eyes closed (I found the daylight to be unpleasantly glaring), I perceived an uninterrupted stream of fantastic pictures, extraordinary shapes with intense, kaleidoscopic play of colors. After about two hours this condition faded away”
I am not promoting drug abuse, but what Hoffman described can happen to people sober, except these chemicals change the perception of what a person can think or believe. Who knows? I’m gonna go say high to the dragons outside, and play real life Mario Kart with Mel Gibson and Will Smith. Have a good day fam. Stay golden.
Don’t you just love those days where everything is going smoothly, then wam! The old existential bug comes to town. And everything is processed under a microscope.
This can be overwhelming, but do not worry, this can actually be the greatest thing that has ever happened to you. As you go through life, you may seem to question if you are the best version of yourself, and some days I just don’t even look in the mirror and just have this belief that I’m just an awkward kid, and then I just came waltz around like yup I’m toats a douche
But then I just suddenly look in the mirror and just laugh, because I am not the person I was even a year ago, I am a much more independent person, and I basically became obsessed with waking up early to go to the gym.
Be patient, the good times will come. You just have to experience a lot of shit until you start seeing your true self. And each day I just feel like I am getting closer and it’s pretty lit. So yeah keep going my friend, and just remember you aren’t as alone as you think you are.
Hey didn’t see you there, if you’re complaining about how you look to other people, while not putting in any of the work… please just leave right now, but if you actually want to keep going feel free.
I think it has been implemented in our brains that it is going to take huge amounts of working out, while working on a small diet in order to get the body you desire. It really isn’t as hyped up it is to be.
Let me honest, I was a frail 20 year old kid who just ran cross country, and lifted absolutely no weights, once I was hit in the face of weight lifting, I panicked. And over time I saw no results.
But once I made a schedule of what I was going to do,and really dedicating my mornings to molding the body I want was just months away, the muscle will come eventually, and not eating like total shit every day, I started seeing results.
Although I am not even close to where I want to be, it’s still something I wake up knowing how I am going to start my day, and it really gave my life purpose again. The gym can physically and mentally appreciate yourself, the more you go.
You cannot just go through life just saying that it’s hard while not trying it at all. Even if it takes a while, the gym is a great place to just go when you’re bored and want to make yourself better. You can do this, it just takes time. So grab your pre workout and get these gains boys/girls👍🏽
The first day Of march madness has begun, and we have much to talk about. Whether the upsets or amazing game play our college athletes have to offer.
After coming back late from behind, Vanderbilt seemed to have thereselves an upset, but Mathew-Fisher-Price fouled a Northwestern player, which forced 2 free throws. Vandy was up by 1 point with 14 seconds, Northwestern was stressing on how to get 2 points, but Fisher Price venmoed them that easily with the foul. It was a mistake, but in the end did cost them the game.
Fisher-Price is going to have some sleepless nights ahead of him, hopefully he will bounce back and learn from this horrible experience. March has many surprises for us, and many of them will be introduced from this tournament. So sit back, relax and enjoy the madness.
I’m sure we have all pondered the decision to interact with the outside world or hang out with yourself for the day at some point in our lifes , but why is being alone considered a mutation of everyday life?
For the most of our adult life, we are alone trying to figure out purpose in the World. How can you get a long with the World if you are not comfortable with yourself in it?
I’ve come to realize that once you get used to breaking your social boundaries, anything is possible. And I feel like you have to master life you have to separate time for yourself, to really think about what is around you.
There are a lot of things in life that are left unsaid when we tell our loved ones about our day. How we walked to the gas station to pick up a gallon of water by yourself, and the details of how you talked to a gas station attendant about music and his future goals of life randomly, or connecting with anybody on the street, I feel that these are the moments in life that we should really be focusing our attention on
We are so focused on the past, that we aren’t emotionally ready for the future. So I feel like you have to balance your life, so that you experience all of the emotions of life, so that you can be ready for even stronger and greater emotions in the future.
The Present might suck right now, but you have to experience the shitty parts of life so that you can see how beautiful the great parts of life are. Just like being alone with your thoughts.🙂 Have a good day everyone, and feel free to contact me if you want to pick up on any of these polarizing topics.
